About This Tour
After breakfast at your hotel, our vehicle and english speaking guide will pick you up from your hotel and we will explore this beautiful city passing by Istanbul City Walls, massive walls of Ancient Constantinople. Then visit the Blue Mosque which boasts a unique feature of 6 minarets. Then, proceed to the only remains of Hippodrome of Constantinople, which consists of 3 monumental columns and a fountain. Visit Topkapi Palace, it is a museum palace with a wide collection of porcelain, antiques, holy relics and other treasures. Next proceed to Hagia Sophia (from outside), once a church but converted into a mosque, one of the greatest marvels of architecture. The end of tour, we proceed to the Grand Bazaar for shopping.

I recently joined the Full Day Istanbul Old City Tour and it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and well-organized. Our guide, Mehmet, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Istanbul. He brought each location to life with stories, legends, and historical context. We visited all the iconic sites — the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar — each more breathtaking than the last. I especially loved the walk through the Hippodrome and learning about the chariot races that once took place there. The included lunch at a traditional Turkish restaurant was delicious, offering a great variety of local dishes. We also had ample free time to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially first-time travelers. Its a fantastic way to see the heart of the city in just one day. Five stars from me!
